BSMimpact achieves certification under ISO9001:2008
On the 10th March 2010, BSMimpact achieved certification of its Quality Management System to ISO9001:2008. This represents the culmination of a 6 month programme of establishing a more robust and integrated set of business processes designed to support changing BSMimpact business needs. The development of its business processes to achieve ISO9001:2008 registration delivers benefits in:-
- Increasing the robustness and flexibility of its processes to be able to support BSMimpact plans for future growth
- Increase the level of control over the business and so improve the quality of the services BSMimpact provides
