On 9^th November 2009, Matthew Burrows, Managing Director of BSMimpact, was elected as the new President of the Institute of Service Management.  As part of this role, Matthew is on the Management Board of itSMF UK, with responsibility for SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) and the Institute of IT Service Management.
